Built around your operations

The work matters.
So does the way it happens.

Practical planning.
Clear responsibilities.

Painting a working space calls for more than a finish. We discuss access, staff and customer movement, site requirements and other trades before agreeing the programme.

Staged work and work outside operating hours can be discussed where practical. The inspection helps us establish what is realistic for your project.

Scope before schedule

A shared understanding.
In writing.

Bring your plans, specifications or timing requirements to the inspection. We review the project, identify what still needs to be resolved and prepare a quotation for the agreed work.

Products, preparation, responsibilities and timing are defined before work is approved. If requirements change, we discuss the effect on cost and scheduling first.

Before we begin

A few questions.

Is a commercial inspection free?

Yes. Initial commercial painting inspections within our Brisbane City Council service area are free, subject to availability, with no obligation to proceed.

Can painting happen around our operating hours?

Where practical, we can discuss staging or work windows around your operations. Access, noise, ventilation, drying time and the scope all affect the plan. Any timing arrangement is agreed before work is scheduled.

Can you coordinate with our builder or other trades?

For selected builds, renovations and fit-outs, we review the programme and site requirements with you. Responsibilities, surface readiness and sequencing need to be clear before painting begins.

What happens if the scope changes?

We discuss additional work, cost and any effect on timing with you first. Variations require approval before the additional work proceeds.

What is included in the handover?

We review the finish against the written scope with you, identify any items needing attention and confirm completion. Agreed clean-up and relevant care information form part of the handover.
